Tensile Load Distribution Improvement of Three-Row Riveted Lap Joint Based on Different Squeezing Displacement Combinations

چکیده

Many previous studies have mainly focused on the effects of riveting parameters single-row riveted lap joints. Little attention has been paid to multi-row The outer rows a normal joint usually bear larger part tensile load. However, none relate phenomenon squeezing displacement combination joint. To improve performance three-row joint, this paper aims reveal internal relation between load distribution, structural deformation and combination. Theoretical discussion, numerical simulation an experimental test conducted. Four different combinations studied. result indicates that appropriate can effectively make distribution more homogeneous. Each rivet take approximately 33% Structural magnitude be reduced as well. Compared with worst situation, at region most sensitive load, max strain value reduce about 53.22–79.76%. A suitable squeeze is simple approach for enhancement It practically applied in aircraft manufacturing without any additional equipment or skill learning.
